I can’t get the sample to load.. I have VS10 Version 10.0.30319.1 RTMRel its says in the Help window. When I try to load the solution it gives me an error:
\\Blink\jer\John\Downloads\Silverlight\LandDolphinTransitioning\LandDolphin.Samples\LandDolphin.Samples.csproj : error : The project file ‘\\Blink\jer\John\Downloads\Silverlight\LandDolphinTransitioning\LandDolphin.Samples\LandDolphin.Samples.csproj’ cannot be opened.
The project type is not supported by this installation.
Hi John. This project was created using that version of VS2010. It’s a Silverlight code library targeting Silverlight 3 (This project will work with Silverlight 4), I think that error will come up if you don’t have the correct Silverlight binaries installed, so that would be my first port of call. We’re primarily developing for Windows Phone 7, so getting the developer toolkit for that ( http://developer.windowsphone.com/windows-phone-7/ ) would be the first thing I’d do.
It’s perfect time to make some plans for the future and it is time to be happy. I have read this post and if I could I desire to suggest you few interesting things or advice. Perhaps you could write next articles referring to this article. I desire to read more things about it!
